Hi, I’m Joe. I remember that I was on my first family trip up The North Shore since I was a teen when I took my first attempts at photography with whatever phone I had at the time. I just had my hip replaced due to avascular necrosis around 2 months prior to this and was preparing for my shoulder replacement due to the same disease that would take place right after we would get back. I was desperately trying to navigate life with these surgeries along with my ulcerative colitis while also trying to heal from a breakup. I was lost and broken.
